Den Frie Udstillingsbygning celebrates the publication of the book Blonde Lagoon by the artist Sa Ra Sachs.
Den Frie Udstillingsbygning invites you to a reception on Thursday December 15, at 18:00-21:00 on the occasion of the publication Blonde Lagoon by the Danish artist Sa Ra Sachs. During the evening, there will be an opportunity to experience live performance, music and selected works from the book. Everyone is welcome at the reception.
About Blonde Lagoon
Blonde Lagoon is Sa Ra Sachs’ artist book debut and documents her work over the past decade. The publication stems from a series of performances – staged with family and friends in the artist’s backyard in Los Angeles and in the French Alps – and provides an insight into an artistic practice that explores the surfaces and extents of identity with costumes, sculptures and fictional characters.
