- You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data. However, Toaster does not have access to information you have provided to a third party (e.g., Teaterbilletter.dk) and therefore cannot delete, edit, or disclose this data.
- You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
- You have an unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, e.g., receiving newsletters.
- If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing carried out before your withdrawal of consent.
- You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

Processing of Information
We process information about you when:
4.1) WHEN YOU PURCHASE A TICKET
When you buy tickets to one of our events, we process personal information about you.
a) Purpose
The overarching purpose of the processing is to enter into agreements, sell, and deliver tickets to you. Additionally, the purpose is to comply with our legal obligations under the accounting laws.
We also use the registered information for marketing and business development.
b) Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your personal data is necessary to enter into an agreement with you regarding the sale and delivery of theater tickets.
After the theater tickets are delivered, we store the information to pursue a legitimate interest, including that a potential legal claim can be established, enforced, or defended.
Furthermore, we are legally required to store information about the ticket sales based on accounting laws.
c) Storage Duration
Information relevant for marketing or business development is anonymized or deleted after 2 years.
Information relevant for accounting is deleted after 5 years from the year the transaction pertains to according to accounting laws.
d) Categories of Recipients
Your personal data is disclosed to our data processors, including the provider of our online ticket sales system.
Your contact details will not be transferred to third countries. A third country is a country outside the EU/EEA.
The information is not transferred to international organizations. An international organization is, for example, the UN, EU, or NATO.
e) Mandatory Information
Providing personal data is a prerequisite for completing the ticket sale.
4.2) WHEN YOU FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA
When you follow or visit our pages on social media, we process personal data about you.
Providers of social media will be independently responsible for any subsequent processing of your personal data for their own purposes, just as we are independently responsible for any processing of personal data outside the social media’s online platform. The joint data responsibility thus applies only in the collection phase. You can read more about the individual social media’s processing of your personal data on the social media’s own site.
Hosting Competitions and Activities on Social Media
We use social networks to market ourselves, including by hosting competitions or other forms of activities where we interact with you through the relevant social media. None of the held activities and competitions are associated with the relevant social media.
When you participate in a competition or another form of activity on social media administered by us, we use your personal data to contact you in connection with the activity or competition.

The purpose is to market our company, products, services, and our activities.
b) Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing your personal data is a balance of interests. We assess that it is in our legitimate interest to market ourselves and our services.

The information is processed as long as you follow our page on the social media or have engaged in activities on our page.

Your information is transferred to our data processors.
Your personal data may in some cases be transferred to other countries outside the EU/EEA and to countries that do not have laws that provide equivalent protection of personal data. In such cases, it will involve the transfer of personal data to the USA. Transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA are, in most cases, based on the European Commission’s approved Standard Contractual Clauses (“standard contractual clauses”).

4.4) WHEN YOU RECEIVE OUR NEWSLETTER
We send out news, offers, and general information in the form of newsletters, etc., and in this connection, we collect statistics on who reads and clicks on the sent materials.

We process your personal data for the purpose of marketing our company, products, services, and activities.
b) Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is your consent, and you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you are a customer, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in marketing our own similar or related products and services. You can opt-out of receiving newsletters from us at any time.
c) Storage Duration
We store information that you have given consent for up to five years after you have received the last newsletter.
In customer relationships, we process your information for up to five years after you have received the last newsletter.
d) Categories of Recipients
We disclose your personal data to our data processors, who practically handle the information.
Your data is transferred to our data processors in third countries. A third country is a country outside the EU/EEA, e.g., the USA.
Your personal data may in some cases be transferred to other countries outside the EU/EEA and to countries that do not have laws that provide equivalent protection of personal data. In such cases, personal data will be transferred to the USA.
The information is not transferred to international organizations, e.g., the UN, EU, or NATO.
e) Mandatory Information
Processing of personal data is a prerequisite for receiving our newsletter.
4.5) WHEN YOU APPLY
a) Purpose
The overarching purpose of processing personal data is to recruit and hire qualified personnel.
b) Legal Basis for Processing
Processing of personal data occurs in connection with the initiation of a potential employment.
In cases where your application contains special categories of data, such as health information, the processing will be based on the fact that you have disclosed them to us.
c) Storage Duration
We store your information, including CV, application, etc., for up to 1 month after the recruitment process is completed.
Unsolicited applications are immediately stored for up to 12 months and are automatically deleted on June 15th each year.
d) Categories of Recipients
We disclose your personal data to our data processors, who practically handle the information.
Your personal data may in certain cases be transferred to collaboration partners in other countries including countries outside the EU/EEA and to countries that do not have laws that provide equivalent protection of personal data.
The information is not transferred to international organizations, for example, the UN, EU, or NATO.
e) Mandatory Information
Providing personal data is a prerequisite for you to apply for a position with us.
4.6) WHEN YOU ARE EMPLOYED
As an employee, we process information about you.
a) Purpose
The purpose is to manage the daily personnel and payroll administration, including staff care and development, recruitment, and termination of employment.
In addition to the above purposes, further processing of information such as name and image of employees is conducted to comply with our legal obligation, including promoting professional performing arts in Denmark, documentation, and collecting historical data as well as data for performing arts statistics.
b) Legal Basis for Processing
Processing of personal data can have different legal bases.
Sometimes the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the employment contract, for example, in connection with the payment of wages.
Other times, the processing is necessary so that we can pursue a legitimate interest. This is the case, for example, in meeting administration, handling meeting minutes, management reporting, and in connection with production.
c) Storage Duration
Normally, the information is stored for 5 years from the end of the employment relationship due to a potential outstanding.
We store personal data in the form of photos and videos as long as it is still relevant for us for marketing purposes and as long as legal grounds exist. The involved person may request deletion of photos.
Information that is relevant for accounting purposes is also stored for 5 years from the end of the financial year they are related to. For example, information about wages, expenses, transportation, etc.
In the case of occupational injury cases, the information is stored immediately for up to 10 years.
d) Categories of Recipients
In some cases, personal data is disclosed to public authorities, for example, in connection with reporting to tax authorities and audits.
e) Mandatory Information
Providing personal data is a prerequisite for employment.
4.7) WHEN YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD
As a member of the board, we process information about you.
a) Purpose
The purpose is to manage duties related to the operation of the association and to represent the association’s interests, including communicating with the association’s stakeholders.
b) Legal Basis for Processing
Processing of personal data can have different legal bases.
The processing may be necessary due to legal requirements imposed on associations, for example, information about board members to foundations, administrations, and financial institutions.
Other times, the processing is necessary so that we can pursue a legitimate interest. This is the case, for example, in meeting administration, management reporting, participation in seminars and courses, and business administration.
c) Storage Duration
We have different processing purposes and storage periods depending on the purpose of processing your information.
Information related to association work is stored for a minimum of 5 years taking into account the period applicable in relation to the board’s responsibility.
d) Categories of Recipients
Personal data is disclosed to the association’s stakeholders, including public authorities, tax authorities, and auditors, and to financial institutions.
e) Mandatory Information
Providing personal data is a prerequisite for holding a board position.
